Verification & screening
How every helper gets KYC-verified.
Identity verification (KYC)
Every helper submits a government-issued ID and a live selfie. We confirm they are who they say they are — no exceptions.
Background screening
We run standard background checks. Only helpers who clear screening earn the 'KYC-verified' badge.
Ongoing monitoring
Ratings, reviews and reports are continuously monitored so quality and safety stay high over time.
