1. Overview
SpotWigo aims to ensure fairness for everyone using our platform.
Refund eligibility depends on factors including:
- Booking status
- Time of cancellation
- Whether a Helper has been assigned
- Whether the service has started
- Payment method used
- Applicable promotions or discounts
Each cancellation request is reviewed according to this policy.
2. Customer Cancellation Policy
A. Before a Helper Accepts the Booking
If you cancel your booking before any Helper accepts it:
- No cancellation fee applies.
- You are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
B. After a Helper Accepts but Before Arrival
If your assigned Helper has accepted the booking but has not yet arrived:
- You may cancel the booking.
- A cancellation fee may apply depending on the circumstances.
- The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
SpotWigo reserves the right to determine the applicable cancellation fee.
C. After the Helper Arrives
If the Helper has already arrived at your location:
- A higher cancellation fee may apply.
- The fee compensates the Helper for travel time and availability.
Any remaining eligible balance will be refunded.
D. After Service Has Started
Once the booking status changes to In Progress (after successful OTP verification):
- The booking is considered active.
- Refunds are generally not available.
- Exceptions may apply if the Helper fails to perform the agreed service or another issue is verified by SpotWigo.

3. Helper Cancellation Policy
Helpers are expected to honour accepted bookings.
